Shopfloor and back-of-house decorating under PO 81830-11 against the Primark estate specification. Approved variations tracked and agreed through the programme. Delivery phased around the active fit-out to avoid trading disruption.

  • 50% milestone application AFP-HMR-001 submitted and tracked through eCapital
  • Base contract value £82,081.76 ex VAT. Variations agreed and managed through close-out
  • Live-site programme co-ordinated around Uplands fit-out sequence
