Director
Pawel founded A Star Decorators and runs the business. Two decades on retail and commercial sites, from estate-level Primark rollouts through Tesco and Morrisons refits. He has operational ownership and the final word on quality, programme and where the firm takes work.

Managing Director
Tomas runs day-to-day delivery. Single point of contact for main contractor PMs and QS teams across the live programme. Surveys, applications for payment, RAMS, supplier coordination and snag close-out. He signs operational documents on behalf of the company.
Director
Magdalena directs the company's finances. Invoices and applications for payment, certification reconciliation, factoring routing, supplier ledgers and the monthly cash position. She is the point of contact for accounts queries from main contractor commercial teams.
Health & Safety Advisor
Karol owns health and safety across A Star's live sites. NEBOSH and SMSTS qualified, he writes and reviews the RAMS and COSHH packs, runs site inductions and signs off safe systems of work. Compliance is ahead of delivery on occupied retail, commercial and industrial sites.
