Scope delivered

Phase 1 covers DOFF cleaning and powder-coat restoration of the Stevenage Town Square facades under PO S-CP0284/0017. Works mobilised 22-23 April 2026. The 50% milestone application AFP-STG-002 was submitted in May. Phase 2 scope and programme to be agreed with R.G. Carter.

Outcomes

  • Phase 1 DOFF clean and facade restoration 50% complete at mid-May milestone
  • PO S-CP0284/0017 confirmed at £33,560 base; variations agreed and tracked through the eCapital factoring route
  • Phase 2 scope to be priced and agreed before completion date is set
  • R.G. Carter framework relationship underpins ongoing Primark estate access
