Process

  1. 01

    Survey

    Out-of-hours site visit where possible. Occupancy pattern captured, key-cycle agreed with FM, alarm-code coordination confirmed. Furniture move requirement assessed, priced separately if material.

  2. 02

    Specification

    Low-VOC stack as standard (Dulux Trade Diamond Matt and Quick Dry Eggshell) so working areas reopen without odour. Brand colours sample-cut on the actual substrate before mobilisation.

  3. 03

    RAMS

    After-hours method statement: alarm code coordination, security sign-in/out, lone-working procedure, fire-route maintenance during works. Issued to FM 48 hours ahead of first shift.

  4. 04

    Delivery

    Friday-evening-to-Monday-morning is the typical shift pattern. Furniture sheeted, floors protected, surfaces wiped down before staff return. Daily reset for any zone that flips back into use mid-programme.

  5. 05

    Handover

    Photo record, paint touch-up kit left with FM, debrief if a dilapidations condition report is required for the surveyor.

Frequently asked

  • Can the office stay open during the works?

    Usually yes. We work evenings, weekends and over closure periods. Some larger scopes need zone-by-zone delivery rather than full out-of-hours. Agreed at survey.

  • Will the paint smell on Monday morning?

    No. Standard spec is low-VOC water-based. Walls are touch-dry within 30 minutes and recoatable within 2-4 hours. Odour-free well before working hours.

  • Can you handle lease dilapidations?

    Yes. Pre-paint condition report, repaint to lease standard, photo handover for the surveyor. Common scope for both move-out and move-in alike.

  • Do you move furniture?

    Light furniture is sheeted and shifted within the room as standard. Significant moves are priced separately or coordinated with a removals partner.

  • What if we have brand or designer colour specs?

    RAL- or Pantone-matched on site, sampled on the actual substrate before mobilisation. Brand guidelines packs accepted as the specification input.
